  • We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers.
  • In no event will Martinology be liable for any damage to the laptop/desktop, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any special, incidental, contingent, or consequential damages, however, caused before, during or after repair even if Martinology has been advised of the possibility of damages or loss to persons or property.
  • Martinology cannot be held responsible for any damages relating to theft or fire while the goods are on our premises.
  • There may be a need to re install certain programs or even the operating system after your computer has had viruses removed due to the fact that they have damaged files prior to virus removal or when a full system reset was done.
